Appointments & Bookings

  • Time slots are reserved specifically for each patient.
  • Late arrival may reduce session duration without any fee reduction.

Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session or charges.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and allowed only once per session.

All treatments are provided by qualified professionals; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Patients must disclose complete and accurate medical history before treatment.

HPW Therapy Clinics is not liable for any complications arising due to incomplete disclosure or non-compliance with prescribed therapy.
