No. Book directly. If we think you need to see a doctor first, we will tell you before taking payment.
It depends on age. Ages 4 to 24 pay the full amount when booking, with no booking fee on top. From 25, a booking amount of ₹1,499 holds the slot and the balance is settled at the clinic by cash, card or UPI. Where a session costs less than ₹1,499, you simply pay for the session and there is nothing left to settle.
The booking amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable. You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to slot availability — if a new slot is free we will be happy to accommodate you, but a new booking must be made and the previous booking amount cannot be transferred or adjusted. This helps us respect both our therapists’ time and your scheduled time, as reserved slots cannot always be reallocated at short notice.
Booking a session
Yes. HPW Therapy Clinics provides same-gender therapist appointments for your comfort and privacy — male clients are treated by male therapists, and female clients by female therapists, subject to therapist availability. You are asked at the first step of booking, and the therapists offered to you are matched from there.
Only you and the therapist treating you can open your screening answers. Reception sees that the form is complete, not what is in it.
Yes, across Mumbai, with a travel charge added at checkout rather than sprung on you on the day. Premium suite sessions with Dr. Ganesh are at the Andheri (East) clinic only.
